Just bought a 3rd car for the family now that we have 4 drivers. Jake King was our salesperson. I have met a lot of car salespeople. Usually I want to spend the least amount of time with them. This is not the case with Jake. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely flexible with us as it took multiple days and countless test drives to come to an agreement. He was sincere and not pushy at all. My teenaged kids liked him a lot and will no doubt think highly of car salespeople. We are very happy with the Kona we purchased and the experience. We will miss him.

Awesome staff, very enjoyable experience. From the moment we inquired about a vehicle Hamilton was fantastic. We had a few poor experiences at other dealerships after we were thrust into the car shopping experience due to a recent car accident. They don't do the go back and forth to get the best price game which I appreciated. Hamilton said, tell us what you want and I'll see if we can get there or how close we can get to it. He wasn't wrong - they got to where I needed to be and the entire buying experience was a joyful one. They matched a dealership that was a 3 hour drive so they saved me time as well. I very highly recommend this dealership and Hamilton as a sales rep. No pressure, down to earth, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all the questions. We were even able to get the car before we got the reimbursement from the insurance company with an agreement. I got the payment a couple of days later and now the car is ours. Do yourself a favor and look them up if you are looking for a new (to you) vehicle! Thanks again - we love the 2024 Tucson XRT!

I saw a car online that I was interested in buying. I scheduled a test drive for 530 p.m. even though they close at 7. When I arrived at the dealership, Saban had already pulled the car to the front and had the AC running. We did a test drive and I was ready to close the deal because I liked the car. Although, I had been approved by my credit union, I allowed them to rerun my credit and they beat my pre-approval rate. This was my first time buying from Jim Ellis and after this experience I would definitely purchase from them again.
