Had a great experience here with Anya Crawford. I came in just to look one day and told Anya what I liked about a hybrid Tucson, drove one around and loved it, but didn't love the numbers that came back with my trade-in considered. Anya kept up with me via text because she understood what I was looking for and about 3 weeks later there was a special on an Ioniq 5 that she thought would align with what I wanted at the price point I was looking for. She was definitely doing her homework for me, even after I thought I wasn't going to be a customer (at least for a few years while I finished up a lease with another brand). She invited me to come and take a look at the Ioniq 5, and she was right. It had everything I wanted. My Ioniq 5 is my favorite car I've ever had, and honestly I don't think I ever would have looked at it if not for Anya. She was not pushy or impatient, she just knows her cars well enough that she could tell I would really like this car even though I thought I wanted a Tucson. Not usually a review-writer, but just really happy with my experience here :)

Let's be really honest, no one enjoys the car Brian process. But like Atlanta traffic, it's something you have to deal with. That being said, I bought two cars from Brandon. No one's going to work harder than him to get you what you want. Weather's extra car washes, a few oil changes, some weatherproof mats, Brandon's going to get it for you

Andrew was really good and we negotiated all of the terms of the contract that I wanted. They didn’t hit me with some last minute changes at the end. What he said was the terms ended up being the terms. I will be coming back when it time for a new car.
