Andrew was really good and we negotiated all of the terms of the contract that I wanted. They didn’t hit me with some last minute changes at the end. What he said was the terms ended up being the terms. I will be coming back when it time for a new car.

Recently I visited Jim Ellis Hyundai (7/18/26) for an oil change. I got checked in per usual and after 2 hours and 30 minutes I went to check on the car. Much to my surprise and disappointment they misplaced my vehicle key. There was about 5-6 people looking for it and it took over hour to locate the key. Additionally, I have a convertible infant car seat behind the driver seat. When I was able to get back into my vehicle, I noticed they backed the driver seat all the way back, pressed firmly against the car seat, causing the seat and base to come up from the seat and potentially compromising the safety of the seat. From the Chicco Fit 360 manual: While it's fine for the car seat to lightly touch the back of the driver seat (known as "gentle bracing"), it cannot be jammed or wedged against it. This applies regardless of whether the seat is installed rear-facing or forward-facing. Wedging the seat can interfere with the shell's rotation, alter the angle of the installed base, and negatively affect how the seat performs. I have had serious concerns with Jim Ellis service and sales, previously. I unfortunately own a Jim Ellis Hyundai vehicle and have a service contract, so I have to continue to visit for my service. This is my fourth vehicle and since my first in 2020 to now in 2026, I’ve seen the service and sales quality diminish. I cannot wait to get out of this vehicle. The only positive was the nice new gentleman helping me.

Great experience purchasing a Tucson Hybrid from this dealership. Andrew Persaud was very personable and answered every question I had (and I always have a lot!). When we got our Genesis GV60 it was supposed to come with the industry best customer service. So when we needed a warranty repair, we went to Rick Case and we had a miserable experience. So when we came here, we were expecting the worst. I am happy to say that they went out of their way to answer any questions and to make sure we were happy. Their shop bordered on glamorous. It was so nice. They did our 15k mile service and rotated our tires and checked everything for us. When they didn’t have the piece they needed for the warranty repair, they scheduled someone to come to our house and install it for us. They said they’d be here at 9:30 and they were a couple minutes early. They left by 10 and no charge. I can’t say enough good about these guys. Everyone should be so fortunate to have a dealership as honest, helpful, and modern as these guys.
