I really appreciate the service I received from Jim Ellis Hyundai. I went to the dealership unannounced after dealing with Jerry. Darryl helped me even after I said I was working with someone else. Another time a customer was running over with Jerry and a very pleasant woman named Arcie helped us. It was so nice dealing with people who wanted to help - not be cut throat toward each other. I had an issue with the car I thought I wanted and it didn't work out and everyone did everything they could to make it right. No one blamed anyone, no one criticized; they just made it right. I could not be happier with the "customer service" and everyone at Jim Ellis and have told many, many people about the good service. Now if I could just get 5 more miles to the gallon : ) Thanks again to everyone at Jim Ellis - especially Jerry!

Since I was buying a 2012 vehicle I had to wait until it came in, but Arcie went above and beyond and got the car that I wanted from another dealership in order to fulfill a promise.
