Alex was a great sales represenative. He was knowledgable about the vehicles without being pushy and without the hyperbole that most agents use to try to get you to buy a car. It is a big reason why most people hate the car-buying expereince. Alex presented the facts and answered all my questions without the obvious tactics that give most car salesmen the "slimy" reputation. Hyundai has great cars at a good value. Most people do plenty of research before they come to a dealer and they don't need a sales pitch to buy a car, just an honest, helpful salesman, and of course, a good price.

"My experience with Virginia Baxter was excellent. I started out at another dealership, where I test drove an Elantra. However, the sales rep would not provide detailed pricing when I later contacted him over the phone, and again in person. He kept asking "What would make the deal?" when all I wanted to know was his best price and a breakdown of what was included in that price. At that point, I decided to send a query to Virginia Baxter, who had contacted me by email and voicemail. I simply asked for the price, with an exact breakdown of what was included.
