Aron Vincze is an excellent Sales Representative for Hyundai/Jim Ellis. He has extensive knowledge of the Sonata product, as well as those cars that compete with the Sonata. The knowledge that Aron shared gave me the confidence that I made the correct decision in purchasing the Sonata. I feel that Aron dealt with me in a straight-forward manner regarding price, so that there were no surprises or ill feelings with the deal we reached.

I'm very satisfied with the level of attention given to the purchase of my new vehicle. My daughter accompanied me on my visit, and even she commented on how nice the people were to deal with, not at all like she had envisioned. My service experience was excellent. I was able to get my car in for service without an appointment and they took my car back with in two minutes. My car was washed and returned to me in a timely manor. The service performance and Joseph are top notch!

Mike has been by service advisor for quite some time. He always treats me courteously and professionally. He listens intently to my concerns and ensures he understands what I am saying so that he can accurately communicate this to the service technicians. He does not "sugar coat" any of the issues they may find and what it would entail to resolve that issue. Overall, Mike is customer service oriented that should be emulated by all others in your organization.

Can't say enough about how friendly and professional your entire staff is at Jim Ellis Hyundai. This is my second Hyundai Sonata purchased from Jim Ellis and it won't be my last. My sales representative, Keith Honnycutt, was very helpful with all the details of my purchase, even linking my IPhone to my new Sonata. I felt he went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with every detail of my purchase. Scott Johnson in Finance helped me with a road hazard option I needed and the General Manager, Wesley Ellis, took the time to talk to me and make sure all was going well. I got a great car and a great BBQ meal too on this Memorial Day 2012! A Very Satisfied Customer!

My experience was excellent all the way around. You have a very professional culture that personally I did not find when visiting other dealerships. It made me want to do business with Jim Ellis and to feel comfortable about it. Keith Honeycutt and Scott Johnson were especially great to work with in helping me with the transaction and additional services. I would not hesitate to work with them or call them with any future concerns. I love my new Sonata. It's my first non-Honda in 35 years. I feel like I am driving on a cloud. Just have to get comfortable with the amazing technology.
